Stuck on a Merchanting decision

Okay, so i have 28mil to spend.

The item im interested in has recently been dumped. Although a week after, it made a rise of 20k. Which considering the price of the object is good.

If the item possibly makes it back up to the price it was before it was dumped, i stand to make 3-4x the price of me buying it now. Just as its starting.

Although if it crashes and goes to the price that the 180 days graph is showing me as being normal. I will also lose half of my money. Leaving me with 14mil.

Should i take the risk?

Doesn't sound like an item I'd normally be willing to invest into.

If you do decide to do it though, I advise you to only invest some of your cash and not all of it. Heavily inflated items are not naturally inflated most of the time.

 

Actually there is like a 10% jump in crashed item prices right when the crash finishes on the graph. So, yeh i would buy up on this item as soon as it starts rising again, and the longer you wait with this the higher % you'll get back.

Also, though what Matski is saying is right, it seems as though in your case, the small rise after the crash has already started/happened. If that's true, then it's really already too late for you to buy back into the rise and make a tidy profit.
If you tried, you'd probably end up having to ride the crash out again.

if i were u i would not invest or just invest a little and save up enuff for a phat or h'ween mask to invest in long term*well this is my view ^^,u need 70mil more for green h mask btw...

Me personally, I would buy the item when I can summarize that it's almost done crashing, and that it will start rising slowly, again.

 

I would buy it and then if it goes south you can just sell it here on sythe as junk. It will only be like 15-20m which is like 5-8$ to a normal junk buyer.

 

It would be so much easier to just say the item so we could read the graph...

 

Merchanting a recently dumped item with half your bank at risk doesn't seem like a very smart idea to me. I'd look for something else.

 

Last time i merched an item with the rest of sythe knowing was uncut rubies. Sadly some assholes dumped all their stock after it began to rise.

I know what you mean. Im just starting to get into it although cant really get the hang of it.

If i cant ride a decent item on my own, then i might join a merch clan and dump very early to keep my cash safe.
