    Should i just give up?
    Set a bank pin, set recoveries, change password every week and you will be fine recovering it, till some one give-up.

    Sounds like there's a good chance you won't be able to recover this one back. I'd move on, but check in every couple days for a while and keep trying to contact the seller, you might get lucky.
