refund wanted for service

i paid Absurd 12$ to do dessert treasure and all prequests he has only done one of 12 quests and i have tried to contact him over the past day and a half and have gotten no reponse even tho i have seen him online on the forums i would like to have a full refund for what services he did not complete dislcuding 1 quest since he did 1 of a few

so basically im sol until he resolves these issues?

 

i highly doubt that everything he personally owned was hacked...
his listed email is also his paypal email personally i think hes making a story up to try and cover his ass
