How they scammed: currently did not scam, just traded the wrong person without asking for rsn confirmation, only asked for confirmation in discord but misunderstood mh for a “yes”.

need guidance please, we delivered this gold as we gave him location and he said "here" twice, then when we traded and put gold up he with perfect timing said "mh" which we assumed was "me" , he claims "mh" means that he's on his way but why would he say that if he is already at the location?

Explanation of the trade: i bought 1692m osrs gp, after payment was processed i was given a world to come to and location, being on mobile (iphone 13) i miss-clicked on the world then switched to discord app to let them know i was there said here x2 due to no reply, and realized he is not there, switched back to discord and typed “mh” stating “al-most here” and by the time i could even switch worlds the venez worker injuregp uses traded a random player with no rsn confirmation of any sort and accepted without getting a verbal confirmation from me saying “yes its me”. I’am a adamant rank in InjureGP stating i’ve spent over $2500 buying gp, and currently have spent over $5k, never have had any incidents or reports even made prior to this on sythe. We are all human I understand workers can make mistakes from being tired or a language barrier, injure even stated the worker is from Venezuela and does not speak english well. As a customer i’am not reliable for simple mistakes made by workers. You guys can even ask injuregp him self, i buy gp on a weekly basis almost daily, over 50+ transactions made and no problems of any sort prior till this happened. It is hard for me to switch from discord to osrs app on mobile, to go back and forth to reply.

It's true that there was no RSN confirmation, however you guys traded multiple times throughout the week (as recent as 2 days ago) where the trade occurred the same way as it did here.

The issue with this statement is that you contradict yourself when you say this because you can't say that you meant to say that you're "almost there" when you already claimed you were at the location twice in the chat-logs between you and the worker prior to that when you replied saying "here" (again this was mentioned twice prior to that). "Mh" doesn't mean anything and when I type that on my phone the only option that comes up is "mhm" and "me" so we can only infer that's what you meant as there's no way to infer you said no in any way, shape, or form based off of those two letters. The guy you claimed he traded with had a name similarity with an account you traded Injure's worker from trades prior to this one, and when I looked up the name from this specific trade that occurred it doesn't show any results on the hi-scores or in-game, so it was clearly double name changed very quickly after it happened. I'm not going to say that you're behind this, but I just thought it should be mentioned for what it's worth.

In conclusion while the RSN wasn't confirmed with Injure's worker I don't believe that he should be liable given the reason any of this occurred is due to negligence on your end for reasons mentioned above. I'm sorry that this isn't the outcome you were looking for, however I believe it is the most fair outcome given the circumstances.
