I have his photo ID and Phone number as well but I will leave that information out unless requested by staff. Can't believe a dumbass in the Military would try and scam when I can call the Inspector General at any given moment with the amount of personal information I have on this dude.

 

I messaged him on Disc. im sure after he reads that he will understand. I didnt see any attempt to even reach out to me though.

 

You unadded me, sent no message and blocked my phone number that we used as a communication method. Shall I post the phone number here since you wanna cap at your ass? Or do you wanna resolve this like a man before I escalate it off-site.

 

I have completed the withdraw of the chargeback, awaiting confirmation email but have sent chat logs to Tiddies for proof. This was not an intentional chargeback scam, but I have discussed that with Tiddies and that is up to him to decide.

 

Update: Josh has updated me with proof that he has requested the dispute to be withdrawn with his credit card company in the amount matching the transaction we had + a fee to process it. We’re not considering this resolved currently until in 1-3 days he receives the confirmation email from his credit card company confirming it is officially withdrawn.

 

if staff needs reasoning as to why the chargeback even occurred, I’ll allow him to release the information as to why it happened.

 

@joshj1108 PM him the reasoning since it's your personal matter and can explain it better than I can

 

still awaiting his response from Apple. Told him to reach out to them again as it is the 3rd day.

 

Update: Per word of mouth as I haven't seen proof, Josh has stated that Apple has since removed his credit given for the initial charge back, indicating it's being processed to be withdrawn. Still no email proof though.
