[PAYPAL] Buying high lvl'ed acc 120-138. Spending up to $550. [PAYPAL]

Hello. I'm willing to spend about 300-550USD on an RS acc lvl'd 120-138. I would prefer 99 summoning, cash and ovl's(95/96Herby) I will not offer you 550 for an acc which is 138 with no cash, no ovls and 94 summoning etc. I will offer 550 for an acc with ovls, 500m+ bank, 99summoning, maxed cb's, some other random 99's, a trusted seller and if I get a good impression of the acc.

It could be 135, it could even be 125, but you would need to compensate with a huge cash pile.

Rules:
I will not go first, either you go first or we do OMM -At your expenses.
I will not send cash as gift. I got scammed a week ago, I'm safing now.
If you don't have the sufficient info for a succesful account recovery, please leave. Now.

it's not 138 but it's 137 as you can see it has ovls/turm and even 2 chaotic weps let me know what you think. a/w is $200 btw.
