In my unprofessional opinion, I think it's overall to dark =s

And as for C'n'C, i think the face is slightly over-sharpened/contrasted. Also, there's some strange horizontal layer lines in the lighting - a 1px line at the top, and a line about 5px down as well?

Apart from that it's an incredibly sexful tag, KIU

 

Ahh I was afraid some one would mention those XD. I had a pentool effect going on but it didnt look good and when i went to delete it was merged with an important layer.
