Summoning noob question

Im coming back to playing after awhile and I have a barrows pure with 1 summoning. If I raised summoning would it raise my pvp combat?
Im currently 99-99-70, should I raise it or just leave it at 1?

 

Nope it would turn up as for example 110 + 6.

You should raise it to 96 if you want to pk at mage bank, or you should get enough for a spirit terrorbird for target hunting.
Or get a wartortoise / unicorn if you want to pvm for money.

 

It would only raise your combat level if you are using summoning in a pvp world. If your not using a familiar your combat would stay the same.

get a spiritbird, it'll help it's scrolls are like energy pots and it store 12 items.

 

Whats the best way to powerlevel?

 

You need a lot of charms to train summoning fast.

Best way is just to make the best things you can.

 

It won't effect your pvp level, but it will help you when not pking with the terror bird for example

 

Crimson and Blue charms are the ones which give the most experience. So, try to go after those if possible. Waterfiends and Rock Lobsters are good droppers for Crimson.

 

RS wiki has a pretty decent guide.

But the general idea is to use crims/blues at higher levels to maximize the experience/charm. You'll have to look at the xp charts yourself and compare prices and experience gained.
