Stats got reset? Don't report bug on Runescape -- UPDATED!! [BAN]

Lol I support him as well. I have witnessed many friends Report the "BUG" and get banned shortly afterwords. The ones that did not report it and did some legit training for awhile did not get banned.

My account just got reset: my stats before reset, 88 str, 84 atk, 83 def, 85 hp now they are all 20....>_< Plus my account is locked..... I think i still have 40m lay in my bank...Hopefully=|

 

I reported the bug after having my mining reset from 90 to 26. I then re-botted it back to 60 and have not been banned.

 

Do you only get resets for botting now? No bans?

 

I'm sorry I don't get it. Let me get this order right.

1.Jagex relizes your botting
2.They reset your stats
3.You report the "bug"
4.Jagex relizes your botting.

If they have enough evidence on you to lower your stats why go through the trouble of having you report a bug then red flag you...

Can someone clear this up.

I actualy got my 99 woodcutting legit, And i botted for less then 10 minutes and recieved a stat reset for woodcutting, it went to 98. And im still wearing my cape

Honestly, JaGeX does this because bots pay for sub, they know we will eventually give up/take a break, but if they do this, we constantly pay, and they just keep reseting and laughing.

 

Just got Jagrolled.

Perfect fisher was supposed to be fishing at Karimja.
I do a checkup and its in Fally with no lobster pot, with 18 fishing instead of 66.

Still got 6k lobsters though.

 

My friend's account got reset a few days ago too, he's now lvl 12 with fire cape at yaks.

 

one of my friends didnt bot and got reset because he no lifed wcing with his bro fer like 2 weeks, so what should the people who dont bot and get reset do? is their any way to infrom jagex that you havent been botting and want yer stats back?

 

When you submit a bug report, they look at your account to see what the bug was. maybe they ban you then if it looks suspicious...

 

At the end of the day Jagex have reset the people who are botting and if you get reset don't take it out on jagex because you were most likely botting instead just stop botting as much and lay low for a while dont draw attention to yourself it is the worst thing you can do.​

 

Isn't banned yet... Haven't played since it got reset (2 dec 2010) and it's f2p now. Might sell it in a few months or so.

 

This must have been planned beforehand by Fagex
