    Trading Rare Level 40 With Firecape
    I am POSSIBLY trading a level 40 with firecape for RSC rares/mils.
    The stats were not rolled back, I have never botted on it.
    I got it using a glitch a while ago and the method I used has been fixed.
    It has no offences and a 15m bank.
    It also has level 55 agility...

    The account is currently F2P with the firecape not equipped so this is the best pic I can provide (notice the prayer level):
