Email to get onto RS now..

So as of 24th of november, now when you make a new character you must use your Email to log in..

For selling accounts now does that mean that we need to make a new email each and everytime?

Because if so, then that sucks

Incase people who dont know get confused. if your account is created before november 24th you still use your Username.

Yes...

Just try it with a random user and pass, it will tell you invalid username or password

Then it will say for acounts created after november 24th use the email blah blah and so on.

 

The good side to this is you can use email-login accounts to snipe display names instead of having to make crappy new usernames.

The downside is it takes longer to type, lol.

 

True i suppose lol. Still not sure if its a good thing though. Because making new accounts will require a new email each time

 

It's not that hard to make a new email lol. Takes like a minute

 

You don't have to verify the email anyway.

You can just make one up if you want. Just makes it a little harder to recover the account at a later point.
