RID Bot

I decided to test out Robotz In Disguise bots, and downloaded the 4 hour pest control trial.

I've extracted all the files, made the correct runescape graphic settings and ran the .jar executable file. I fill in the GUI and press start, but the bot just stands there and does nothing. What am I doing wrong?

I had the same problem.

If you're running windows. Please set the theme to classic. Then it will work.

Thanks a lot Ross, it worked. However the bot itself is a little slow, would you say it is better than the rsbots one? Have you had the chance to compare?

I have not used the RID one myself. Although i did own the Rsbots.net auth code for a few days. To be honestly i found it extremely poor.

It would remain ingame and raise its activity. Although it would always miss click and its running path was crazy. It was unable to run from portal to portal without struggling and running away from it.

Everyone could see you were a bot.

 

After closer observation it seems that some of the imperfections of the bot are almost inteded. The mouse movements aren't very smooth and it sometimes stops and sits there for a short while. Come to think of it, that's what I actually do when I play, so I guess it makes it more human like, and it's getting 4x the minimum damage done required.

You cant really go wrong with RID. If i was you, i would buy some hours for it. I wouldn't even take AutoPestControl Pro if it was free.

If you do buy some hours, i suggest you browse the RID forums and check out one of their guides. Should be easy to find. It describes how to run the bot in a virtual PC so that while its running, you can still use your mouse and browse the internet etc.

 

You Need To Put Your Theme On Classic.

 

You need to have the correct settiongs on your computer
