Only thing is I'm fairly new and only have 4 small vouches.

I have a 137 with 3 chaotic weapons, arcane stream, and almost 99 dung.
Will be alot more for more CH. weps when it's done.
Only 95-99 prayer, and 96-99 summoning needs to be completed, all supplies for 96-99 summoning are inside the bank and 95-99 prayer can easily be afforded.
the accounts wealth is about 450M WITHOUT ANY JUNK and has 88 slayer.
Full quested, except the new Void Stares back or whatever, I have no intentions of getting Karosi's.
The bank is extremely organized and has a very fair amount of brawlers to use.
