Proof that it's their Discord: Recorded proof as i can see they are trying to get out of paying
Explanation of the trade: WK team joined my discord asking for a specific build, being:

• 10x TOA Accounts with SOTE, DT1 Completed paying $70 per account
• WK team listed in their TOA botting discord to pre-sell all the accounts $251.11 USD each with a range of gear on the accounts but due to the price, no one pre-ordered from the information i've gathered: Screen capture - 28fcdabffbc699219f4aa7a548d0d8ab - Gyazo
• 2x accounts were completed and this is when things started getting dicey.. Jape was not responding to messages and is avoiding making payments

• After a while i managed to get the payments from another WK admin who was recently promoted which ex gave the payment to hand to me, 2 accounts were delivered to ex

• More accounts are completed but they are all trying to deny accountability of payment which looks like they are trying to get out of paying all together due to the failure of pre-selling their accounts.

Now for full clarity, when we were approached for this job, I had spoken to my workers who said they could complete the accounts within 45 days. Screenshot - f18b430cffbe23baadad5a5338b8c576 - Gyazo

I then informed @WK Plugins that it would be a rough estimation of 45 days completion time, with no agreement to a specific set date and no agreement to penalties if exceeded.

Currently as it stands, 2 accounts have been delivered, 5 accounts are completed and the last 3 accounts are near completion.

As it stands, i am currently owed $350 USD with the remainder of the $210 to be paid upon completion of the other accounts.

@ Sythe staff, i am happy for you to join my discord and review the evidence via a voice call and or review the ticket itself they created.

I did not want to take this to Sythe but they have forced my hand as its becomming more clear they are trying to get out of paying.




How they scammed: Avoiding making payments by claiming Jape is ghosting and avoiding payments (evidence posted earlier of Mac admitting jape is trying to flake out of paying), Ex responding via discord once in a while but not making any attempts to pay for the 5x completed accounts, Mac saying he will pay for the accounts himself (evidence provided above) but has not attempted to pay
Other relevant trade screenshots: I have youtube recordings, one of which has been added under "Recorded proof as i can see they are trying to get out of paying" above and the gyazo + other screenshots + open ticket.

 

I played no role in orchestrating this deal and had no personal stake in its outcome. The agreement was exclusively between Jape/EX and Bou, and my involvement only began when Bou pursued Jape/EX for the outstanding payment. I offered to cover for them if they decided to back out completely, but my latest communication with EX a few days ago assures me that he fully intends to fulfill the payment.

As far as I'm concerned, Bou's scam report appears baseless, as EX still maintains his commitment to pay. While I may not be privy to all the details of the deal with Ex/Jape, had I been involved from the outset, I would have implemented specific provisions regarding punctuality.

Thank you for replying, Jape/Ex are admins under the WK banner and fall under your responsibility just as any worker/employee who operates under Elite AGS falls under my responsibility, Jape/Ex ordered the accounts with the intent to sell them under WK which they have done so and are still doing so which is seen in evidence posted above.

I appreciate your offer to pay for them if they are running away from paying for the completed accounts, as i mentioned to you via discord pm, i do not want to take this to Sythe but have felt like i needed too and in your words 'if u wanna go to sythe feel free I don't really care. Yes, you have said that your WK staff team do plan on paying, but from the conversation i had with Ex, there was no clear information or estimation of when he would pay for the accounts, now this here and the fact Jape has completely ghosted unsettles me enough to justify coming to Sythe. If ex or yourself could simply say "I can pay you in 2 days or 20 days" that is all i need, but when i get the response of Screenshot - de518a1eb701eb98cfe0901107c4b6ed - Gyazo with technically a "fuck you" response when i ask when Ex would be home, it further justifies my concerns.

 

My only tie to the accounts is that they were being advertised in my discord and being sold as wk accounts. I allowed my mods the space in my discord to advertise the accounts and sell them but I never advertised them on Sythe as i had no involvement in setting up the deal to begin with.

I cant speak for Jape as he went ghost a few weeks ago but I have spoken to ex several times who has ensured me that he stills plans on paying off the order and covering for Jape. I have no idea what his financial situation is so i cant speak for him, have you asked him for a timeline on when he can manage payment?

He is aware this thread exists and will respond tonight when he gets home.
