    Looking for a new desktop

I'm shopping for a new desktop, but I already have a nice monitor.
I just need the tower (That's what they called it at bestbuy, I have no idea what it's technically called).
I'm looking to spend about 400-550 on it.
I'd like an okay graphics card, doesn't have to be amazing.
I also live in California if that helps.
Anyone have an idea for me?

    Saw this one:

    Thoughts?

I think Newegg is out of stock on that.

I'd recommend just customizing one on either the dell or HP website, that way you can only include the features you want, like a good graphics card.

I will strongly advise you against getting a dell computer, instead customize a normal one at a shop yourself.

Why not try building one? You can get double what your going to spend on Dell, HP, or any other computer maker.

I would 2nd the motion against Dell. Had 2 of them myself and I didn't like them in the end.

I would ether go to the HP or Acer website and customize a rig that works for you the best.

How would I go about customizing my own?
I was always under the impression that customizing my own would be much more expensive.
I'm just looking for a computer that allows me to run games on a relatively nice level (graphic's wise).
    For example, WoW.
I'd like to see the nice graphics of it.
I don't want a computer that is really laggy though.

Its not that difficult. Newegg has all parts for a really good price. What you need is a case, processor(cpu), graphics card, power supply, ram, motherboard, hard drive, and optical drive(disk drive). The only hard thing is connecting everything together. If your worried about compatibility, add me on msn and send me the list. Oh and you'll also need an operating system disc, eg windows.
