Celebrities that play RuneScape

I don't know why, but I thought of this earlier; I wonder if there are any celebrities that play RuneScape. Like, I'm talking movie stars, etc., not famous gamers.

Like, what if Justin Beaver played RS, haha.

 

I doubt any of them have the time to play Runescape, and If they did I don't think they would put it into an online game.

 

I know there are quite a few that play like Call of Duty, so why not RuneScape?

No but seriously, if a celebrity played RS they'd be hiding it for sure. It's not a game that is "in" like WoW or Call of Duty really.

 

Absolutely! I bet my life savings, that amongst those millions of players there would be celebrities lurking around.

 

I wouldn't doubt that they play and I believe that they have time to play.

 

They'd probably play World of Warcraft

I mean come on haven't you seen the commercials with Ozzy Osbourne, Verne Troyer, Mr. T etc. lol

 

Well of course you're right, I am willing to bet everything I own there is at least one celebrity that plays WoW; But RuneScape on the other hand, there is much less of a chance. Maybe like 3 or 4 years ago there may have been a better possibility.

 

Do a little research and I guarantee you will find someone. I vaguely remember reading about a star or two who not only admitted to being a runefag, but also admitted to RWT. Could you imagine the account a millionaire could buy?

 

I read an article in USA Today a few years back that talked about celebrities that played WoW and the companies that offered training/gold services and these celebrities would basically buy maxed out accounts and maxed gold and just play. There were a few famous actors, can't remember the names though.

But idk about RS.

 

They could buy the top 100 players. Still be a millionare.

and yea i wouldn't doubt that a 12-13 year old celebrity out there plays a fair share of online games including this 1

Good luck finding a celebrity who would admit to being a "Runefag"... I like that term.

 

Things like this are usually kept out of the public eye in order to maintain a certain image. But I still swear I read about an actor and a spanish soap opera star admitting their partaking in Runescape.
