    Ritchynator0's Application Form

I Ritchynator0 claim the guides I have written to be completely my own work and written by me using my own knowledge and I have not used any resources to create these guides. I accept that if my guides are found to be plagiarized I will be banned from Sythe.org.

Why I should be a User Educator

It is evident that I have the ability to write a guide in high detail but with the help of User Educator's I can then construct a detailed guide, which is also readable to the average user. I have forever been creating guides of which the majority have been lost in time. In my opinion, professionalism is a top priority, and so I consider it one of the most important keys to success. As seen in previous posts, I have a keen eye and always thrive for new ideas; Sanity, bonus points, free competitions.
My field is Business specifically but I am also a professional musician and compose music, video editor, knowledgeable in ICT and speak fluent French. I would love to to create a guide on video editing and another guide on how to write and compose music using Sibelius. I write a guide through motivation. When motivation kicks in I am able to concentrate up to 36 hours non-stop work in a 48 hour period as proven in a Business Enterprise Competition involving 90 applicants of which I came 2nd in (first place won $4000, second place won a $20 bottle of wine (which was disappointing)).
My future for creating guides in this website would predominantly be to do with Business. ALL my guides will be useful. I do not believe in creating a guide just for the pure enjoyment of creating it and not adding value to a reader/customer.

You've made your application in a slightly unorthodox way. Please allow me to refer you to the Application Rules and Requirements. There you'll find all the information you need and a demo application which the UE's would prefer you set yours out like. Best of luck, and if you have any issues feel free to message me.

The difference between you and I in that instance, is I was a UE for 6 months prior to my month long forced absence, which leaves leeway for the team to decide whether or not to take me back on or force me to completete another full application as I had when being originally accepted.

Something I need to quickly point out, unfortunately you can't use sources or references for your guides.

Hi again. Actually, I have been thinking about what you said. Actually, all images that people have posted which they do not own MUST be referenced. Therefore about half of Sythe's community are breaching this policy.

Also, as long as it has been referenced properly with permission from the user, then according to Sythe's rules, I am permitted to submit this as a guide.

So, I have re-submitted it. If you still feel that I am wrong, I will gladly remove it.

    Regards,

    Ritchynator0.

Pictures are different... You don't need to reference them.

Just a quick tip, all guides in your application must include a picture.

Cheers, and you do need to reference pictures according to the 'law' of referencing. It may not be a rule in Sythe, but it is Worldwide.

The greatest of books are created through a construction of other peoples work. If you open up a knowledge based book, you will notice that at the end of it, are pages and pages and pages of references.

Therefore, it is actually through referencing that a great guide can be created. As you can see, my guide on Perception is a much higher standard than others I have created.

I know Cosrob replied, but it was aimed at me :p That may be true, but on Sythe our User Education standards say that while we don't necessarily mind if images which aren't ours are used (and you aren't required to reference them) we find the text different. We want to see what YOU can teach us. Pictures are just a little bit of help along the way, the text is what we really look for.

Yes, understandable. But on Sythe we prefer to have the information in our guides mostly from (if not all from) the writer themselves and there own intelligence.

Well, you did say "we prefer" which means that I can get away with this specific guide, considering it is so detailed and heavily concentrated on specific areas of perception regarding organisations.

No it does not, its his nice way of saying stop being a stuck up snob and follow the guidelines that everyone else has had to follow as well, or be prepared for a denied application.

If you think you are above the UE requirements, then feel free not to apply, however if you wish to join our team, then I suggest adhering to the application guidelines that are established.
