Dragon Scimitars Will Crash

Hey everyone I'm posting this to say that I feel like dragon scimitars will crash (or at least drop significantly in value). They can now be obtained from Monkey Knife Fighters (by pickpocketing them) which means they don't have to be bought for 100k in Ape Atoll. If you have a lot of them I recommend selling them now!

It says the chance of getting it is very rare, so I doubt it will have much of an impact on the price of them.

 

They wont crash, because if they were so easy to get people would be gettin megga rich

 

I too doubt the rate will be very high, I doubt it will affect the price much. Maybe 10-20k at the very most?

 

yeah, that's what i meant... it won't drop a lot but it will definitely drop a few k, if someone had a thousand they should sell them. I just used crash to grab attention to the thread.

 

Now that I think of it, if enough people think they will drop and dump them, then that will cause them to drop because the demand will be lower and the quantity will be higher. Interesting.

 

Don't they have a safe price floor?

 

They won't drop... They've remained constant, even when the monkey was placed in the Varrock sword shop.

 

We'll see about the rarity and price drop when people bot them.
Bot for 10 hours, get lots of thieving and maybe make a mil or more?

 

I don't think the price will crash at all, they are already easy to obtain and the price has remained pretty constant.

 

One they have a price floor at like 98k if i remember rightly, around there atleast, and two they will never crash because of the constant use by Multi p2p clans.

 

supply and demand....demand is too high for the supply to ever reach that... they are still buyable but only at max, even like it was said above, even when that varrock monkey got put in, still remained 100k... most people dont know of that monkey tho, so go explore and youll find him and thank me ;D

 

I doubt the price rise is going to be affected by it as the drop rate will be low.

 

there will be no price drop... go to pvp worlds and bh and you will find a whole bunch of people buying them for 120k because they don't sell for max in the ge... therefore if they are not selling fr max in the ge they will not drop unless jagex do sometihng but on the players influence there will be no drop.

 

considering jagex has locked the price of d scimmys i dont think it'll drop. just like spirit shards, you could buy every shard in game and try to get it to rise and it will never because jagex locked the price in. if that makes sense? thats why price of d scimmy never changes.
