What is the reason you get good drops while tricking..

When you risk 76K With what EP do you need to kill them to get an awesome loot?
Higher the EP the higher the loot is? i also read about mains get better drops now etc..

Can somebody explain to me how it works :love:

In theory the higher your ep the better the drop but it's not always the case.

 

never the case for me.

 

Higher EP = Higher chance of getting one or more of the items your opponent is carrying

Higher DP(To gain this, die and lose x amount, then you have x amount of dp)= Better drops. You can also gain this by sitting in wildy, but it doesn't go by the same timer as EP.

 

Is this just commonly accepted speculation? Or stated in the knowledge base? I'm sure a knowledge base link regarding the subject would be helpful. Finding one now.

Your drop is more or less random.

It's affected a little by your DP, EP, and kill's risk, but I'd say they don't account for a whole lot.

 

hmm okay.. i still think its a bit strange with DP and EP, i will test it a bit out lol

 

Drop potential and EP are the major components of a drops value along with opponents risk.

There is speculation that mains get better drops because they have a higher skill total level, for me personally that is not true as I have a low combat pure with 1.2k total and I still get shitty drops.

BH Targs almost always give very good loot.

 

Main things that affect your drop :

Your Ep %

Your combat level and opponent combat level

im not very sure about death potential though...

many times my mate dies for claws and says his next loot like like 300k? bleh.

 

i think the ep is most important whethere u get good drop or not,but u must also make sure your combat level is lower or about the same as ur oppponent if u want good drop~~

 

Jagex has said that a BH targ is equivalent to an extra 100% ep

 

Your Ep % and Drop potentional raises your drop rate

And now is not that good drops that it was in old time ;/

 

I think the higher EP you got the better loot u get also if ur opponent loses like
5m u get better reward then if he lost 100k.
