TheFrostMan scammer report

I was scammed by TheFrostMan. I never received the goods I paid for, neither was I refunded. Here is a link to his sythe account: http://sythe.org/member.php?u=269315

This incident occured awhile ago but still. This was supposed to be a GP trade. I paid him 35 dollars for 35m RSGP. And never received my GP. Heres some screenshots.

Our PM conversation, it doesn't really say much but it DOES prove he was trading with me.



Him confirming he's talking to me on MSN.


Also The other guy in the pic above ^^^^^ Claims he was scammed as well and has a video but has trouble uploading or something.
