any1 read the history of runescape(gielinor)??

any1 read the history of runescape(gielinor)??i always find the urge to read it,but when i started to reading it , it gets real boring and i was force to stop ...so did any1 manage to understand runescape history or even studied it??as i m really interested in watching(not reading) lord of the ring,so i hope someday they make a show about gielinor~~

 

I've read through large chunks of it on the RuneScape Wiki. I find it rather interesting, like I do with real life history.

 

I was going to, but then my pride kicked in. lol, Really its a rather interesting tale and if you are truly curious of its details my only advice is to read it.

Try looking through the Runescape Wiki and finding information about it through there. For example; http://runescape.wikia.com/wiki/Gielnor gives an overview of Gielnor itself. Next try looking up the first, second, third, fourth and fifth ages. They explain most of it.

hehe,but well if ur interested in reading history or lord of the ring type of book,then i would suggest reading the lore of runescape,if not dun read it,u will be bored to death

 

Can't most of what's there be gleamed from quests you do anyway?

Wow, I've been playing for 6, maybe even 7 years and I didn't even know Runescape had a storyline. I've never read anything about it and when I do quests I just follow guides :love:

 

Yea, I thought about it then looked at the logs sitting in my inventory waiting to be fletched.

Would be interesting though.

 

I've read the lore on Rs's website and that's about it, pretty cool if you're into stuff like that. The lore about how the Wise Old man discovered runes wasn't that bad.
