are you by any chance paying on the Nexus (rsbots.net) client? i have that same blacked-out minimap issue and cant seem to get rid of it.

Nice glitch would use it to ep but i dont play te game and looks like it has somehting to do with teleporting/graphic settings as i see they were ur last actions if im on to somehting maybe edit it out and pm me i will edi tmy post not to give anythign away but yeah... your chat log says just a guess :S
