Well, I have court on December 21'st for some fight stuff.
I have terrible grades in school, all i do is stay on sythe and play runescape..
I keep screwing up in school i got in trouble 3 times already for stupid stuff like
    -Shoot rubberband
-Throwing a pen at my friend
-Punching a monitor and breaking it.

I just cant control myself, I dont know what to do..
I just want to be able to chillout and be mellow what should i do, Im on probation so smoking weed is out of the question.

Get some help for your anger. Nothing comes out of destroying things;when you feel yourself starting to get angry and start to think of breaking something close your eyes take a deep breath and count to ten.

Runescape is a game but like anything can get out of hand if you do to much of it. If all you do is browse sythe and play RS everyday you probably should quit or limit yourself. Pickup another hobby like a sport. Find SOMETHING to get you out and away from the computer. As long as it's not illegal and you're not hurting anyone or yourself and you enjoy doing it then thats a plus. Make new friends if your current ones get you into trouble.

For your grades is it that you "don't care" or you can't do it? If you don't care, make yourself. Study every night and don't let yourself skip it.

Maybe you have ADHD? Go speak to your doctor about your out brakes and maybe he can send you into the right direction.

Tell your principal that you need help and that you aren't receiving any at home. Your dad is only holding you back. If that still didn't work, I'd try talking to some other family members to try to convince your dad in bringing you to the doctors; someone that'd he have no choice into listening to, such as your grandma or auntie and uncles.

i really feel for you mate, my brother had a similar position, you have already been given some really nice advice, starting new hobbies etc, exercise can dramatically reduce stress, a visit to the doctors might also help aswell, good luck sorting it out, i hope it goes well

You should go out an apply for some jobs after your house arrest is over. I personally had no goals or even any future untill A few major events happened in my life which Forced me to go out and get a job. Similar to you I was getting in trouble in school, My grades were shit for showing up all of once or twice a month. But anyways I went and got A job at the local grocery store and worked there for over a year before leaving and finding a new job, While working there I learned quite a few things about the "real world" outside of my perfect little bubble. I learned that there is bills to pay, and that not having an education wouldnt cut it. I had been taught responsibility, Simply by showing up to work everyday and most importantly, I had come to the realization that I couldnt continue on the way i was. All that from a minimum wage job at a grocery store.

So please trust me when I say go ahead and look for a job, My guess is it will help with the controll problems, you'll get a few life lessons out of it and will even give you a bit of extra cash for yourself.

Goodluck, and dont hesistate to pm me if you'd like to talk.
