A good Initiate Pure guide/quest reqs

Im planning on making an Initiate pure, but I cant seem to find a good guide on it, I've been searching through google and such but all the guides i've found so far have been incomplete, Could someone please link me to a good one or List the quests Needed to quest the 20 def, Thanks in advance.

(Im getting ready to start Natures spirit which will give me 13 def, After that im not quite sure which quests are required for an int pure while still keeping the 20 def.)

Thanks for linking me that, it has tons of Usefull info that will help me in the future, But it only lists One quest for a 20 def pure. "What lies below" Im pretty sure I have to complete more then what lies below and natures spirit as a to quest my 20 def, So im going to keep looking. But the guide still had alot of usefull information and ill deffinitly be checking back with it in the future! Thanks again.
