Those arent keys hamjank that are accounts with steam balance, but you can add it with carded cards.

 

I don't own the games, i buy them and sell them as gift to the person that bought it from me, well i got some PMs about purchasing, i have them vouch me.

And no, the funds are not illegal in anyway.
