best way to lv magic lv from 80-99??is using chaos glove and chaos rune,shoot it on monster a efficient way to lv??

 

Stunalching is probably the most economical and efficient way you can get it.

There are even pretty decent free bots that do it for you.

Stuns alone is maybe 90-100kk/hr, I think.

If you stunalch it maxes at ~160k/hr.

It's hard to guess that because the experience you get depends largely on how high you hit.

The maximum cost is 39.6m though, calculated using the base xp for casting fire bolt.
