How do I tell someone they're not fat?

So I got this friend right, and she always tells me she thinks she's fat. You've probably all dealt with this before, that girl who is pretty skinny, but always insists that she's fat. I alway's tell her she isn't, but she always says she is.

Frankly, it's just getting on my nerves, and I just want to shout at her, "You're not fucking fat, so shut the fuck up" but I'm trying to get with this girl, and plus that would be pretty rude.

I'm pretty sure agreeing with her wouldn't be the smartest strategy, so do I just continue to disagree? Or should I just tell her she looks fine, or what?

 

Well if your into her, tell her of course not and say some sweet thing to her. If not ask her if ANYONE has called her fat in the last week. Go from there. It's what I would do.

 

Just ignore it. Every girl likes to think they're not good looking.

 

It's probably anorexia; no matter what others say, a girl will think that she is fat.
If that's the case, then she will need professional help ..

The majority of girls I know are like this. They're either fishing for compliments or have low self-esteem. Just tell them that even if she thinks she's fat, everyone knows she isn't. It doesn't usually work, but you can rarely win. At least they know your view.

Also, you could try singing Bruno Mars song, "Just the way you are."

 

It's the way it goes man. ^_^ They will ALWAYS say that, and you just need to build their confidence by replying "No you aren't" etc etc.

Try inviting her to come to the beach with you (if you can). Girls love to be told they're beautiful.

 

I had the same problem with my sister, one day she asked me and I told her she was because I was tired of constantly telling her no. She never asked me again.

 

If it's not a girl you're interested in but just a friend.. tell her she's too skinny like a heroin junkie.
That's how I convinced my friend lowe that her 95lb of body wasn't fat.

 

Calculate her body mass right infront of her and prove shes not fat.

 

A lot of girls say that. They want your opinion of them. If you want to date her, try saying she's beautiful or something along those lines
