Who cares if he charged back? Nate should have offered the full refund. It's scamming once you receive your product to charge back but one you receive your product and it gets taken away from you, you should have the right to take back your payment. Polar basically never had time to enjoy his purchase, this basically scared me away from ever purchasing an account from anyone on here.

Nate isn't to blame but so isn't Polar.

No you're just an idiot. I'm not mad though. I really just think if this was anyone else in Nates position they'd be banned as well as Voda.

 

My issue is that he was fully aware of who I had purchased it from, that I was not the original owner. He failed to request a test recovery (which I would have granted), and he failed to test the info himself as well. I have a standard agreement that my customers agree to before selling (the image can be found in post 6 of that thread), in which he agrees to not hold me liable for anything that happens to the account after the sale. He then charged back the amount in the midst of my efforts to resolve the issue with Voda, which is rude in and of itself, since shortly before he had done so I was compiling my report against voda, as well as I had candidly mentioned to FireZ how even though I am not liable per our agreement, I would still give him a 50% refund so that he and i would share the loss.

All in all, I think I handled that shit with a fair amount of class.

The fact of the matter is everybody is this equation made mistakes, some just made some more stupid then others.

 

And this aint up for no more 4 am discussion.

 

You being an official middle you shouldn't have waiting for him to ask for a recovery test, newer users aren't going to be worried about trading an OMM so I doubt he was gonna ask you. He had the account for a few hours, that's not enough time to test the information himself. Looks like I'm never going to do business with Nate.

recovery tests dont take hrs, they take 20 - 40 minutes....

 

And another note.


Voda "scammed" Nate with false info. But he did "pay back" Nate with nates acct he traded for originally.

If voda wants to seek an unban then he can do so with the upper staff and they'll review it.
