Limitation on user T.O.S

If they mean nothing when they go against the rules? Than why are people allowed to use them? Maybe give out infractions or make a sticky saying "If your T.O.S goes against the current rules we have set in place, they mean nothing" Would be useful.

 

I've got an idea.

How about this, we make a sticky in Market Lounge about TOS verification. Traders have to post there and get there TOS approved before putting in on a thread. Users with unapproved TOS who use them, regardless of whether they go against the rules, will receive an infraction, pending further punishment if necessary. That way any moderator can verify it, and it will be approved much quicker because it is in a thread rather than a PM where they have to wait for one person to approve it.

And they can just copy a verified one instead of making a new one, making it easier on all of us.
