Gold4Rs - Getting a refund for hacked accounts.

So my gold4rs accs were hacked the last week. Im on their live-chat 24/7 now, it's really not easy getting a refund. The accs were worth 570USD. Can some of you make some arguments for them to give it to me?

BTW, they really dont care. If they feel pushed or threatened they cancel the dialogue. It's really hard to "read" them. Please help. Some official rules would be great :love:

Here really isn't a set of rules to follow, is it possiable to dispute the payment still?

 

sadly, majority of gold sellers/account sellers are scammers, next time try USFine.com or a trusted member on sythe :/ there not much you can do about those business because they're just fucking scammers.

that 570USD is a harsh loss though, its a shame you can't take any legal action towards them. if you want, bot up an account and sell it to them, then recover. i know thats a terrible thing to say, but if they're going to scam you, you could be imature and do the same right back at them.

And your Paypal/Google Checkout was linked to your account, and someone purchased accounts worth $570?

Is that what you're trying to say?

he bought multiple accounts worth upto 570USD in total, and had them all recovered, suspectedly by gold4rs. hope that helps

Well, in that case, you're screwed, bro.

Not to sound like a douche, or anything of that sort, but they don't refund any payments.

The only thing they do is give you a discount off of your next purchase from them.

 

Not even sure why you would buy accounts from Chinese English illiterates that you don't even know.

Let this be a lesson learned however, $570 is a harsh lesson, just call PayPal and tell them about it or make a PayPal dispute and make a bullshit story up. They tell Gold4RS to respond in a certain amount of time and they never do, so, you'll win your money back easily.

 

sorry to say this but :S they arent gonna give u ur money back. maybe order something big with "their discount" then after they finish dispute and scam them back

 

Westside 15 makes a great point, it doesnt matter what u say, you can just say i didnt make this transaction, if gold4rs tell them about rsbotting their whole company can get sued

 

Yeah, I have bought two accs there. I suspect gold4rs. The first one cb 136, 370USD. The second cb 113, 170USD. Some of you got any smart tips or something?

 

The problem with buying accounts from sites such as gold4rs is they buy them from anyone who is willing to sell them a account.
Sure they may change the recovery questions ect...
Although accounts can always be recovered by an ip adress.

 

Never do large transactions with Gold4Rs.They will pounce at a chance to scam you.

 

If you want your money back, call paypal and tell a representative exactly what happened. You'll need proof.

 

That is an amazing tip, I will use it. No doubt. What kind of evidence is valid? There is no payment to dispute, I payed through paypal. But not with my paypal account, sadly.

 

I have sent them an email explaning everything. Hopefully they will get me a refund with minimal fee's.

 

Next time buy from a trusted member on Sythe.

 

they did the same thing to me so i tried recovering the account so much its been locked for months lol

 

I got a message from paypal. They told me they couldn't find the transaction. I forgot I used my online name and fake birth date when I created the ppl Im going to send another mail explaining it.

 

Just make new paypal account , wheres problem? if you cant , call PayPal and talk with them
