    Clearly you sold an account that wasn't yours or sold one that belonged to you and recovered it back as soon as Nate sold it. If the information you provided when you sold the account to Nate was proved to be incorrect I don't see how you're not banned already.

    Nate I love you and everything, but you should still totally repay him. One I'd understand if he had the account for over a week but you sold him the account and it was recovered within hours.

    Two, like Marrow said today a users T.O.S doesn't mean a thing when it's not realistic. Even if he agreed to your T.O.S it doesn't sound like a very realistic outcome.
