Steam Account with 152 Games (Personal Account Created in 2008)

So I am completely new to this Steam Account Selling thing, but lets give it a shot! I was out of work (injured) for a while and went on a HUGE buying Steam games spree to keep myself occupied. Well I am back at work now, and really I don't think I should or will be playing any of these games anymore. So I would like to sell my account. I don't know the whole process of doing it, I assume giving someone my email address and password, and then receiving payment through paypal (I prefer that). I absolutely am not in bad standing with any account, nor is this stolen or whatever. I will do whatever ya need to prove that.
