Rfd without atk str or range, just defence n magic. Is it possible?

Is it possible to get barrows gloves on a def pure with magic but no atk or str exp no range xp? my goal is to either be a 1 1 1 with 99 mage and 99 hp. or a 1 1 99 with 99 mage and hp. I curranty have 99 thieving and my goal is to be a low level elf thief. so ultimately the goal is to complete regicide at the least with just magic but the real goal is sote but again not sure if thats possible. please any insight would help me i cant find much info on defence pures with b gloves for some reason. Also would have to do dt1 with magic only. thoughts? guidance? please assist!
