I've seen something like that before, on a private server I think (not saying that your video is from a private server, it is most definitely from RS)

 

the movement size of the head have been adjusted thats pretty much it, tbh I think he didnt even see that he was glitchin that head LUL

 

Say someone doing this at the GE earlier, I put on my fighter hat and it didn't work. Perhaps it only works on female characters or you have to do something.

 

Ive seen someone do it in G.E today. (also with the penace hat)

 

Yeah I saw this yesterday ..

there was another glitch after yesterdays uptade .. if you changed clothes you couldn't move after that <.<.. logging out/teleports/ladders etc. fixed it
