TWC For i like lemons

This guy posted on my thread saying he had an offer. He offered $55 dollars (15 dollars over the autowin). I said okay, but you need to go first. He said he sent the money. I got nothing. After about 10 minutes I said I'll request it. He gave me his paypal address ([email protected]) The account is not associated with paypal. I called paypal, and they told me the exact same thing, and that they needed a transaction id to go any further. I tell him that, and he said he called his dad and got his paypal. So i requested the payment. About 5 minutes later nothing still so I did a little background check. (basically what i did was I got on facebook and searched the email addresses). (During this time he also asked to get on the account I was selling, but I denied him.) His 'dad's' came up! The guy was living in Kyoto, Japan. I asked him if his dad lived in the U.S. and he said yes. About two minutes later I found his 'dad's' website. It had tons of pictures of Japan! I told him I had found the blog with tons of pictures of Kyoto, Japan. and he said it had to be the wrong guy. Then he said he had to go and to pm him if it sent... It just seemed fishy to me. Oh and also I'm on linux so the client I use is aMSN which is why it looks weird

I have cancelled the bill also.
