Possible Scam - Skoal man31

So I received an offer from someone on msn named Skoal Man31. He offered me this account to buy for $70

I knew this was to good to be true so I took a look into who he was. He claimed that he quit rs and he needs money and wanted to sell the account, proof: msn convo below.


So I found two threads created in the past few days. On the link below, someone named "GoCall911x" claimed he purchased the account yesterday on the second page, second to last post on the thread.

So then I found another thread that someone else claims to have bought the account today on the thread below. The persons name is "thunder dog" and also claims to have bought the same account and vouched for Skoal man31.

So what can be done? Seeing if one of the two accounts that "claim" that they purchased the account has the same IP address as the seller.
