You're confusing the matter. You're asking us "WHILE we play RuneScape"....we obviously playing RuneScape, there's no "while," you can't pause the game, but, you can log out....anyways, in non-practical sense, I listen to music, watch a video if I'm doing something else, etc.

 

Either browse forums, listen to music, or watch TV shows online. Since summer I've watched the first 5 seasons of It's Always Sunny in Philadelphia, the first 2 seasons of True Blood, the first 6 seasons of Entourage, and the first season of Mad Men, all while playing RS

talk with my mates in pm, watch a movie [hard but, able to do so when fighting monsters.

talk with siblings [they play 360 while i play rune ] or if im doing something that doesn't require my actions for a long period of time i boot up the good old fallout new vegas
