Vouch: Yes I will vouch if it gets 40+
Payment: If it gets to 99, we can discuss payment.

 

What are you thinking? I can get you 40 for a vouch, but won't go higher. 40 is the highest I'll go to until payment is required for mining. I'll work on it soon, pm me user and pass.
