I sold Dizzy Gizzy a 1 month membership PIN for $5 paypal, the trade was last night at about 10:30 pm. It's not 2:22 pm the next day. I still have received nothing from him.

Talking to him now. He says he paid me. But there's no transaction saying he did, or money on my account.
