Stats got reset? Don't report bug on Runescape -- UPDATED!! [BAN]

Mining just got reset from 99 to 1 on a Side account that I suicided - still have ALL the ores and cash though

 

Wow lol that's a pretty good way to fuck over someones acc

 

to all the people that got reset, where you guys suicideing or what? did anyone that got reset get caught in a random?

 

Only my fishing skill was affected. It was dropped to 72 from 91 but all my other stats stayed the same including my botted Woodcutting and Firemaking. I suggest posting threads about it on the Account Help forum to annoy Jagex. They will end up hiding EVERY thread about it. When we see pages of hidden threads we will know that Jagex is trying to hide the fact that this is not a bug.

 

Well if you look up this player, you will see that the player's stats are not reset...

 

Holy Crap.. What a birthday gift, my hp was resat to 10. Now im cb 136 with hp, for a while

 

For some reason I never saw this thread, thank you so much for it! I was just about to report my stats being reset, I guess it is back to square one for me

Those sneaky bastards :love: Trust jagex to do something like this - an indirect approach at it's finest.

 

I have had 3 accounts reset so far, on UNPAID scripts

2 on godless fisher, I suppose I had it coming, I didnt have it set to take breaks, rest from around 70, to 10 fishing on both
1 on a rc bot, had botted mining a week before, got reset from 50 rc and mining to 10

This all happened after leaving bots to go overnight, on the 3rd or 4th time (no more than 12h at a time, usually 8-10 i think)

 

Seen so many 'WtFz0Rz i h4z B3en R3z3t' Threads. Gj Haha.

 

So jagex R now resetting stats instead of banhammering

 

Whew, I'm glad I quit botting months ago. It'd suck to see my main with ALL stats reset

Just a question guys, since when did Jagex start resetting stats? Sorry for the noob question but I haven't played RS in a while.

def got reset to 24 from 85
attack got reset to 36 from 94
strength is still 99
ranged is 82
magic stayed the same
currently wearing barrows gloves, chaotic long with divine, fire cape, and other stuffs.
i think it's epic.

I figured this was the case. Of course I just so happen to bot fishing and the next day it gets reset. Coincidence? I thought not.

I never reported a bug because I thought it'd be something like this, thanks for confirming it though.

 

I reported a bug. Never got banned. I want to bot again but idk if I should risk it again lol.
