Weapons that hit 0?

I need to know of a weapon on Runescape that hits nothing but 0's, because im doing a quest on my skiller and using recoils but i dont want to gain any xp.

EDIT: IM USING THE WEAPON JUST TO GET THE NPC TO ATTACK BACK!

 

There really isn't any surefire way to hit 0s with a certain weapon.

 

Flowers might work for that. It increases all attack types by negative numbers. But, it still can hit I think. Here's a runescape wiki article on the item.

Look, if you payed attention im wearing recoils, i dont have no need to attack more then once but when i do hit that one time i would not like to hit anything.

The rubber chicken does do damage.

Just grab a bow, and be sure to equip no arrows.

you could reduce your stats to 0 0 by drinking some wine or w/e, then hitting once with flowers [with 0 att and str, i highly doubt you'd even hit 1]

No ones said splashing? Lel. Wear full iron and iron scimmy/kite, fighter/fancy boots, leather vamps and use wind bolt.
