    Netflix help..

    So, I recently canceled my Netflix subscription.

    Prior to that, my girlfriend had a huge queue list set up for me. I canceled it and returned the dvd I had currently had. 2 days later, I got another DVD. However, I haven't had time to return it and I was charged $15.

    My question is is there any way I can get my money back, if I return it, etc.

    Netflix help..

    You should just contact Netflix and they should refund it to you if it was their fault.

    Did you receive the DVD after cancelling your subscription? If you did then I think it is an error on their end, and if you contact Netflix, they could resolve this issue for you.

    If they don't, sorry for your loss.
