well I think it was funny at least.
here's the conversation I had in runescape to get muted.


Here the appeal they granted and deleted the mute..... I'm pimp

Its a bot, and they randomly decide to do/undo the offense.

 

Jagex hasn't read appeals in ages, and they never will.
