price check on mining pure

so i am close to 70 mining and am wondering these two things
number 1: how much is a lvl 70 miner with around 3-4 mil on it
number two: lvl 70 miner with 3-4 mil, and has 45 dungeoneering.
number 3: lvl 85 mining with 10 mil and 45 dungeoneering

These aren't 100%, but if this was me, this is what I would buy for it.

2: 8$
3:15$

And that is assuming you have no other stats.
