Could this account turn into a successful PKer?

Is there any cash on there? That drastically changes the course of action you should take.

 

Would love some protips. I'm working with give or take, 100m right now.

 

Obviously in the ideal world, you'd max out your combat stats .. and you could be seen as a very successful pker. However, that could take you some time .. try maybe a 70 defence pure .. or just getting a very high stat in one or two skills for example strength and range. Make sure you have essential quests completed such as DT, as this can un-lock very useful damage spells for pking. I would advise you to add/keep membership on the account, as p2p pking is more successful for both profiting and the equipment you can use.

I wouldn't even get into the realm of PKing. If you're into skilling and are enjoying it... Stick to it... Once you become a Runescape PKer, all you do is lose shit, become pissed at the game, and eventually quit.

I take this advice to heart, because I have always loved skilling
more than PKing. But honestly, skilling has gotten boring to me so
I want to try something new out. I'm a WoWfag, and strictly PVP on
there, so I figured I should try some pking on rs. I think i'm going to
take the awesome feedback on here and turn it into a range tank.
I've always like range anyways.

 

Make it a tanker and then it will b a very good pker

 

your only hope for perfection is turning it into a tank, other then that i see no hope, still can be a good pker dont get me wrong just not perfection.

 

Deffinently slay for combat skills, It's great cash.

 

You have work on it but i'd suggest raising your melee stats first .

By the way you could make yourself a Barrows Pure 75-99-70 does this still work cause i remember pking in '07 which full barrows + ags with 85 strength I owned

 

Max everything out.

 

get higher melee stats with slayer or just while afking then you can play dungeonering because i think this skill is future

 

The only thing you can do is max it out, otherwise the account is garbage.

 

why is it everyone thinks you need a maxed account to pk, the majority of the people on this thread dont have maxed accounts
