RSGoods2 scam report with proof

I am not quite sure what happened here. My account had 57 thieving and he offered to level it to 65 for a small fee. After a transaction in which i sent him $3.75, he started to train. He got 49 percent of it done, and then stopped. After 3 days of the account not being touched, i attempted to contact him but he never was on MSN and i had no way of contacting him. After a week, he messaged me on sythe saying his thieving bot broke, and that he would give me free training because i had to wait. I continued to wait for him, and another few days went by and my account still had not moved from where he last logged out. He then MSN messaged me explaining his computer broke, and that he got a new one so he would finish the thieving. It has been 4 days since then, still never logged onto my account after agreeing multiple times to finish the job. I even offered he just get it to 63, rather than the original agreed 65. When i saw today that he still had never finished, i decided to file this report, but give him a heads up before i did. No response from him after an hour and a half time span of him on MSN switching from away to online. Pictures posted below.
