rsbotvps (patience running low) 5 days waiting

i have read kiwis rsbotvps t.o.s and refund policy. he is directly breaking his own t.o.s. first by not messaging me stated in his t.o.s

3.2 Support. RSBotVPS® shall provide a reasonable level of technical support to Client via telephone, email, fax, Instant Messenger (IM), real-time chat, forums, and/or online manuals/
FAQ for the term of this Agreement. Some methods of contact may only be available to certain service levels contracted for, such as Fully Managed support.

second it has been 5 days since i paid and have yet to receive my product i have demanded at refund, as seen in his refund policy.

RSBotVPS Refund Policy

RSBotVPS stands by a no return and no refund policy. Users may not demand a refund or create a Paypal dispute or claim in order to take back funds. Since a user's funds are immediately disbursed to resources once a purchase is made, no funds are available to be refunded. Refunds are at the sole discretion of the company and while refunds are sometimes given, this is up to, and only up to, RSBotVPS. Refunds are only provided when a user does not receive their service.

Before you jump the gun and start jumping all sue happy like everyone else in this world, relax.

Yes you are clearly upset about not receiving your product but I'm sure theres an explanation to it rather than freaking out that you don't have it in your hand at this exact second. Once the owner is able to contact you I'm sure there will be a perfectly good explanation.

5 days really isn't that long, now if its a month or a bit less, then you have yourself a problem. People managing VPS's do have lives also, they don't revolve around your finger tip.

Look around, see if you can find any information before you rant.
