Innocent until proven guilty, or Guilty until proven innocent?

In today's world, it seems like its more "Guilty until proven innocent", especially the way the media covers any type of 'big' trial; They always imply that the accused is guilty.

    What's your thoughts?

Innocent until proven guilty of course.

Random people would be called guilty just by the wave of a hand if the opposite was the case.

I do believe that is happening on a daily basis. I'm sure there has been hundreds of cases where the accused is actually innocent, but since they cannot prove they are innocent they are automatically guilty. Just take for example all the people in the past couple years who have been released from prison because of better DNA tests have finally proved their innocence. Some of them have been sitting in prison for 20+ years because they couldn't prove they were innocent.

Innocent until proven guilty, or Guilty until proven innocent?

I think it is guilty until proven innocent. One reason would be the way police are allowed to arrest, man handle, and hold people against their will. Nobody should be subjected to that sort of treatment unless guilt can be proven.
