evil_him is a scammer

I bought an account for $15 dollars from evil_him in the thread in the first link below, 2 days later I find it locked due to being suspected as stolen. I asked him for recovery questions, and noticed that they didn't even line up with the questions.

The msn shows no evidence of anything. I have no evidence of the accounts RS name to compare the video with. No msn conversation is provided also.
