    iPod Touch Help

So my friend and I share this 32gb iPod Touch...

And I am supposed to be getting another one for x-mas, and I plan to give him my 32gb one. Here is the deal though,
I have payed for some apps, him pay for some two, blah blah, and we have used TWO separate iTunes accounts.

For some reason when I got to File>Transfer Purchases in iTunes,
the iTouch will transfer them, but only the ones on HIS account, not mine.

I would like to get my apps back on my PC ( I had to reformat ) and for some reason I cannot. I can only get the ones he got from HIS account.
I do not want to sync them cause it will lose all the music from before that we lost from when I formated my computer. (Now I have it checked as manage music and videos manually.)

I have tried the following -
-Signing onto MY account in iTunes store.
-Signing on to My account on the iTouch.
-Both the above AND restarting the iTouch and my PC.

    Here is my "setup" -
    iPod Touch 32gb 3rd Generation w/ 4.1 Update.
    Windows 7 Ultimate 32bit w/ iTunes 10

So are you trying to get all of the apps on your ipod or your computer? Anyways why don't you try logging into your account on the app store, and downloading the apps from your account to your phone. (This should work because you have already purchased them) And then go on your friends account, and then download the apps from his account aswell.

After you have all of the apps on your ipod then just sync the apps and everything to your computer.

I hope this helps, and if you need anymore then just ask.
